Lee Company was tasked with the mechanical and plumbing, specifically for domestic water, beverage conduit, and grease waste for the more than 30 kitchens; installing hundreds of feet of exhaust duct and prefabricated grease duct; radiant heat for outdoor comfort; and connecting the chilled water systems to the Department of Energy.
