How Far In Advance Should I Schedule My Service?
Some projects can start quickly, others book out a bit further. The sooner you reach out, the sooner we can get you on the schedule.
What Should I Expect During a Service?
We treat your home like it’s our own. That means wearing shoe covers, protecting other areas from dust and debris, and cleaning up thoroughly once the work is complete. The only thing we leave behind is a job well done.
Do I Need to Be Home During the Appointment?
In most cases, yes, but not always. We’ll coordinate with you to make it as convenient as possible. Some services may allow for remote access with prior approval.
Can I Bundle Multiple Services in One Visit?
Absolutely. If you need a dryer repaired and your gutters cleaned, we’re happy to schedule both during the same appointment whenever possible.
What Types of Appliances Do You Not Service?
We focus on major home appliances. We currently don’t repair small countertop appliances like coffee makers or toasters.
